Diondra Filicetti is a Learning and Development professional, best-selling author, and two-time TEDx speaker. As the founder of Driven By Co., she helps organizations enhance performance through engaging workshops, leadership programs, and communication training. Her book Engagement Economics explores how employee engagement drives profitability and success. With expertise in adult learning and instructional design, Diondra has empowered professionals to lead with purpose, connect effectively, and inspire growth.

Bill Gianopoulos is the co-owner of Market Brewing, a vibrant community hub in Newmarket where good beverages meet good people and great causes. With a passion for giving back, Bill has helped shape Market Brewing into more than just a brewery—it’s a place where charity bingo nights, fundraisers, and local partnerships thrive. Weekly events support organizations like the Rose of Sharon (through Diaperama) and the OSPCA (with Pupchella), while regular collaborations with local food trucks, musicians, and makers foster a strong small business community. Bill credits the dedicated team at Market Brewing for making it all possible and takes pride in the shared effort behind every initiative. Guided by the simple philosophy, “be good to people and people will be good to you,” Bill continues to help create a welcoming space where community and connection are always on tap.

Founding Partner of the strategic advisory firm, Falcon & Frost, Jennifer is a  seasoned public affairs executive with over 25 years leading highstakes, politically sensitive files across Ontario’s most complex public institutions and initiatives.  

Her expertise is rooted in a unique combination of strategic, operational, and capital program oversight — most notably through senior executive roles with the Government of Ontario and Metrolinx, where she served as Chief Communications Officer, Interim Chief Planning Officer, and Principal Sponsor within a $70B capital program. Her leadership has guided multibilliondollar programs through scrutiny, transition, public expectations, and rapid change. 

Jennifer has also held accountability for some of Ontario’s most visible public brands, including The Government of Ontario, GO Transit, UP Express, and PRESTO, with responsibilities spanning governance, policy, planning, and benefits realization. As Senior Vice President at the Toronto Region Board of Trade, she worked alongside industry members and stakeholders to lead a major economic advocacy agenda, developing deep insight into cross-sector business collaboration and government decision-making. 

Nicholas Feinig is a Principal Researcher at Salesforce, where he specializes in making AI actually work for businesses. With seven years of experience in AI product development, Nicholas has been instrumental in shaping the Einstein and Agentforce suites. He is known for his “boots on the ground” approach, helping the earliest Agentforce customers find success with these cutting edge tools. Nicholas holds a PhD in Anthropology from the University of Toronto, bringing a unique human-centric lens to the world of business software.
