The Central York Chamber of Commerce (CYC) has launched its search for a new President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), a visionary leader to guide the organization into its next chapter of growth and impact.

The President & CEO serves as the chief executive leader and spokesperson for the Chamber, reporting to the Board of Directors. This individual will provide strategic and operational leadership to advance the Chamber’s mission while ensuring its long-term sustainability.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, relationship-driven professional with the ability to balance strategic vision and day-to-day management, foster meaningful partnerships, and champion the interests of the Central York business community. Exceptional organizational, financial, and interpersonal skills, along with a passion for collaboration and community engagement, are essential.
