The Annual General Meeting will take place on December 9th, beginning at 5:30pm. It will be followed immediately by our annual holiday social event with a cocktail reception.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

a) Approve 2025 AGM minutes;
b) Chair’s Report;
c) Chamber Report;
d) Present the annual 2025-2026 financial statements;
e) Elect the 2026-2027 Board of Directors;
f) Appoint an auditor.
