WILD 2.0: Six Weeks to Learn. One Year to Keep Growing.
Women in Leadership Development (WILD) is back—with a new format, two distinct cohort experiences, and more opportunities than ever to learn, connect and grow.
This year, participants can choose the WILD experience that best reflects where they are in their leadership journey:
WILD for Entrepreneurs, Owners & Founders
For women building, leading and growing their own businesses.
WILD for Emerging Leaders & Managers
For women growing into greater responsibility, influence and leadership within their organizations.
MORE THAN A SIX-WEEK PROGRAM
WILD brings participants together in person once a week for six weeks for facilitated learning, conversation, practical exercises and meaningful connection with other women navigating similar opportunities and challenges.
But the experience doesn’t end after Week 6.
Every participant will also receive one full year of access to additional WILD learning and development resources, including:
- Online educational resources and tools
- Curated books and recommended learning
- AI-powered simulations to practise navigating real-world leadership situations
- Opportunities to revisit and continue your learning
- Ongoing connection with your WILD cohort
Participate for six weeks. Keep learning, practising and connecting for an entire year.
